Welcome to Daybit (https://daybit.app). These Terms of Use govern your use of the Daybit website and mobile application (“App”). By using Daybit, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Website.
1. About Daybit
Daybit is a personal productivity tool that helps you organize your day, set goals, track habits, and create reminders. The App is provided by:

2. Use of the App and Website
You agree to use Daybit only for lawful and personal purposes. You must not misuse the services, access the backend, or interfere with the functionality or security of the App or website.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the App and website—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code—is the property of Gregor Leon Stordel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse content without permission.
4. User Content
All user-generated content (e.g. habits, goals, reminders) is stored securely in Firebase and linked to your Apple ID via “Sign in with Apple”. You retain all rights to your data.
5. In-App Purchases
Daybit offers optional purchases including themes and a subscription plan. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple’s terms.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website and App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of such external websites or services.
We recommend that you review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Website. The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
